Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Operasional Bisma Central to join our growing retail operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused running of our stores across the Bisma Central network. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day store activities, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of service under a fast‑paced environment. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills within a reputable retail brand.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure a high‑level of customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends, forecast demand, and suggest merchandising adjustments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays align with brand guidelines.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly while preserving brand reputation.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, staffing levels, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, conducting periodic audits of store practices.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to guarantee timely stock replenishment.
- Lead the store through peak periods and promotional events, managing staffing schedules to meet increased demand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates preferred, though the role is open to all qualified applicants.
- At least 0 years of relevant experience; demonstrated experience in retail or operational management is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, courteous interaction with staff and customers.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
