Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and professional Supir Operasional Kendaraan Penumpang to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, handling light cargo, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and local traffic regulations. This position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with opportunities for career growth within a dynamic logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate passenger vehicles (cars, vans, or minibuses) to transport clients to designated locations on time and safely.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels before each shift.
- Assist with loading and unloading light cargo or luggage, ensuring items are secured properly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs.
- Provide courteous and professional service, addressing passenger inquiries and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
- Follow all traffic laws, company routes, and safety protocols, reporting any violations or hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules, route changes, and emergency situations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on defensive driving, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure the vehicle interior is clean, organized, and presentable for each journey.
- Support other operational tasks as needed, such as assisting with event transportation or special assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders (original listing specifies male, but we welcome all qualified candidates).
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Valid and active SIM A/B driving license.
- At least 0 years of driving experience; fresh graduates with a clean driving record are encouraged to apply.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of goods, with the ability to lift moderate weights safely.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service teams.
- High level of discipline, honesty, and responsibility in daily tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor toward passengers.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
