Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to join the Agen Mobilku & Motorku Sulawesi team. In this role you will be the front‑line ambassador for our financing solutions, helping individuals and families acquire new motorcycles or secure cash loans backed by vehicle titles. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑centric position that blends sales acumen with on‑the‑ground market research, perfect for fresh graduates or experienced leasing professionals looking to make an impact in the automotive finance sector.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company financing products, including new‑motorcycle loans and cash‑out financing secured by BPKB (vehicle registration certificates) for cars and motorcycles.
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and on‑site surveys to assess customer eligibility, creditworthiness, and loan suitability.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals that align with each prospect’s financial situation and vehicle ownership goals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, networking at local events, and collaboration with partner dealerships.
- Document all customer interactions, application data, and follow‑up actions in the company’s CRM system with high accuracy.
- Stay informed on regional market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates from OJK (Financial Services Authority) to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate with the underwriting and collections teams to expedite loan approvals and resolve any post‑sale issues.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the Sulawesi branch.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in leasing, automotive sales, or financial services is advantageous.
- Must possess a personal vehicle (R2 class) for field visits.
- SLIK OJK rating of at least KOL 1 (good credit record).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive yet ethical sales approach.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
