Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Kasir Restoran to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be the front‑line ambassador who handles all sales transactions with accuracy, ensures a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and supports the overall efficiency of the outlet. Responsibilities

  • Process all customer orders and payments quickly and accurately using the POS system, handling cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service – greet each guest with a smile, answer basic menu questions, and resolve minor issues on the spot.
  • Maintain an organized cash drawer, perform daily cash reconciliations, and prepare end‑of‑shift cash reports.
  • Record and reconcile daily expenses, such as inventory withdrawals, promotional discounts, and miscellaneous outlet costs.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, wait‑staff, and management to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies or potential fraud to the manager immediately.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards at the cash station, including regular cleaning of the work area and equipment.
  • Assist in inventory counts and help restock low‑ticket items when needed.
  • Participate in weekly team briefings, sharing insights on customer preferences and sales trends.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell specials, combo meals, and loyalty programs to increase outlet revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Gender: Female (as per current operational policy).
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak clearly and courteously in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of integrity – honesty and trustworthiness when handling cash.
  • Loyalty to the organization and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Strong time‑management discipline; punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Team‑player attitude – capable of working harmoniously with kitchen, service, and management staff.
  • Receptive to feedback; able to follow directions without argument and adapt quickly to procedural changes.
  • Basic administrative skills, including accurate data entry and record‑keeping.
