Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant Digital Marketing to join our growing team in Pekanbaru. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a flair for creating engaging online content, a solid understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record in driving brand awareness through digital channels. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and execute strategic campaigns that boost visibility, generate leads, and ultimately increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and target audience.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across major social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok live streaming, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and TikTok Analytics, providing clear reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high‑quality visual and written content.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages promptly, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and client staff on best practices in digital marketing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign plans, budgets, and outcomes for internal audit and client presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- All genders are welcome; professional appearance is essential.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in marketing or digital media.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Proficient in using major social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, including video production, editing, and live streaming.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Pekanbaru.
- Technical skills: data analysis, market research, competitor analysis, sales performance tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms.
