Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Security to join our team in the Wonogiri region. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and the opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of our clients’ premises. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, physically fit male professional with a strong sense of responsibility, ready to uphold the highest standards of security services in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned sites to deter and detect suspicious activities.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing first‑aid assistance when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain daily activity logs, and communicate findings to supervisors.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical events.
- Perform routine security equipment checks, including CCTV systems, fire alarms, and communication devices.
- Enforce company policies, visitor regulations, and safety protocols while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Assist in crowd management during events, ensuring orderly flow and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and briefings to stay current with security best practices.
- Promote a safe environment by identifying potential hazards and recommending preventive measures.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or related role.
- Active GP (Garansi Pengamanan) and KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) certifications.
- Permanent domicile in Wonogiri or surrounding area.
- Height of at least 170 cm.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of first‑aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
