Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of delivery documents (surat jalan) against received physical goods to guarantee correctness.
- Monitor and record temperature readings of freezers and chillers at scheduled intervals, ensuring compliance with product safety standards.
- Perform inbound stock order (SO) checks, matching system data with actual items to prevent discrepancies.
- Document any overages, shortages, or bad stock incidents, providing clear reports for corrective action.
- Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and flag items that fail acceptance criteria.
- Organize inventory using FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) methodologies to optimize product rotation and minimize waste.
- Take temperature measurements twice per shift, accurately logging results in the designated forms.
- Record disposal activities for bad stock, ensuring proper destruction procedures and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and cross‑functional teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Assist in periodic inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing errors and enhancing productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related logistics role.
- Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek region and to operate on a shift schedule (including night or weekend shifts as needed).
- Proficient in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Highly attentive, meticulous, and able to follow instructions with precision.
- Physically agile and capable of handling manual tasks such as lifting, moving pallets, and standing for extended periods.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
