Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Server – Pengelola Sistem dan Layanan to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, whether it is managing food and beverage operations, supporting internal IT‑related service systems, or maintaining a high‑standard customer experience. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and handling payments with accuracy.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and report larger system problems to the IT support team.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, re‑ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement service improvements, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Work under pressure during peak hours, maintaining composure and delivering consistent service quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service protocols, and emerging hospitality trends.
- Document daily activities and generate brief reports for management review, highlighting any operational challenges.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all age groups; no maximum age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar service or hospitality role is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
