Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Negotiator Penagihan to join our branch office in Ponorogo. This field‑oriented position is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients with overdue payments, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication, negotiation, and, when necessary, the secure handling of collateral.

The role offers a blend of office administration and on‑site visits, providing a balanced work environment that encourages autonomy, problem‑solving, and personal growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the payment status of all assigned consumer accounts.
  • Conduct regular field visits to customers with outstanding balances to assess their situation and discuss repayment options.
  • Issue formal warning letters to delinquent borrowers in accordance with company policy.
  • Secure and retrieve pledged collateral for accounts that remain non‑compliant after agreed‑upon grace periods.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports detailing client interactions, payment commitments, and any challenges encountered.
  • Negotiate realistic payment schedules, obtain written promises to pay, and follow up to ensure adherence.
  • Collaborate with the collections team, legal department, and branch manager to align strategies and share critical insights.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Promote a professional image of the company during all customer engagements, reinforcing trust and credibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in any discipline is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related field.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid SIM C.
  • Strong preference for candidates who enjoy field work and can handle a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Basic computer literacy, especially with MS Office and CRM tools.
