Introduction

Sales XLSmart – Domisili di Area Kabupaten Lampung Utara is an exciting field‑sales opportunity with a fast‑growing consumer‑goods company operating under the XLSmart brand. The role is based in the northern region of Lampung and focuses on expanding market share, building strong relationships with retailers and end‑customers, and driving revenue growth through strategic visits and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated male professional, aged 30 or younger, with at least one year of proven experience in sales and marketing, a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, and a willingness to work on the road from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits following the RMP (Route Management Plan) to ensure coverage of all assigned outlets and clusters.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into loyal customers while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing retailers, providing product training, merchandising support, and after‑sales service.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, and report findings to the regional manager.
  • Execute “cluster pintar” initiatives by mastering product knowledge and delivering tailored presentations that highlight key benefits.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, order forecasts, and activity logs using a company‑provided Android smartphone.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and in‑store activations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales & marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer‑durable sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of RMP and the ability to plan efficient field routes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust with customers.
  • Quick adaptability to new product lines and market dynamics.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle, hold a valid SIM C, and possess an active SKCK (Police Clearance).
  • Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB of RAM for app‑based reporting.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
