Introduction
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Content Creator to join our dynamic creative team. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of visual and written assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to create integrated campaigns that combine visual design with persuasive messaging.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity by adhering to style guides, typography standards, and color palettes across all projects.
- Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring files are properly archived, version‑controlled, and easily accessible for the team.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices in digital content creation, recommending innovative approaches to improve engagement.
- Prepare mock‑ups, presentations, and proofs for internal reviews and client approvals, incorporating feedback swiftly and accurately.
- Work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and creativity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (0+ years) in graphic design and content creation, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and a results‑driven mindset.

- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak project periods.
