Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and energetic SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) for our Lebaran Event Operations based in Bandung. This position is essential to the smooth execution of a large‑scale celebration event during the Ramadan and Lebaran period, supporting logistics, on‑site coordination, and last‑minute deliveries. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that values punctuality, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver operational supplies, equipment, and promotional materials to event venues across Bandung.
- Assist the event coordination team in preparing, organizing, and inventory‑checking all necessary items before the event kickoff.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any discrepancies or delays to the supervisor promptly.
- Navigate efficiently using local knowledge of Bandung’s streets, ensuring timely arrival at each destination.
- Support on‑site setup by moving large items, arranging booths, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide courteous assistance to vendors, sponsors, and guests, acting as a friendly face of the event.
- Stay overnight at the designated mess in Setiabudi Atas when required, ensuring 24‑hour readiness during the peak celebration days.
- Work flexibly on weekends and public holidays, including Lebaran, to meet event timelines.
- Maintain and present a clean, well‑maintained vehicle with a valid SIM A driving license.
- Collaborate with the security and crowd‑management teams to ensure smooth flow of people and materials.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged between 25 and 35 years.
- Valid and active SIM A driving license.
- Extensive knowledge of Bandung’s road network, including shortcuts and traffic patterns.
- Proven reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to reside temporarily in the mess located in Setiabudi Atas during the event period.
- Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and during the Lebaran holiday.
- Basic proficiency with inventory management and event logistics tools.
- Physical ability to load and unload items weighing up to 30 kg.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑service orientation.
