Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Operasional Restoran to lead daily operations for two thriving brands under the Soto Banjar Ampar umbrella in Tebet, South Jakarta. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to shape service standards, mentor a diverse team, and contribute to the growth of a beloved local dining destination. The ideal candidate will combine solid restaurant leadership experience with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of both restaurant brands, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service delivery and promptly addressing guest feedback.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce weekly staff schedules, guaranteeing appropriate coverage for peak periods.
  • Conduct daily briefings to align the team with sales targets, menu updates, and service expectations.
  • Manage inventory control in collaboration with kitchen and warehouse staff, monitoring stock levels, minimizing waste, and coordinating timely re‑orders.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques, coaching staff on product knowledge and promotional tactics.
  • Participate in menu development and product testing, ensuring new items meet brand standards and profitability goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as labor cost, food cost, and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are rigorously followed, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (any major); candidates with a background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related fields are preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Captain, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating staff and managing pressure during busy service periods.
  • Residence in or near Central Jakarta, with reliable transportation to the Tebet location.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated customer‑service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Hands‑on cooking knowledge and familiarity with menu engineering, allowing effective support of kitchen operations.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
