Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer for the Cileungsi area. This full‑time position is responsible for expanding the company’s market presence by promoting financial products to both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively market Adira Finance’s portfolio of consumer financing solutions, including vehicle loans, personal credit, and installment plans, to existing clients and new prospects across the Cileungsi region.
- Order Acquisition: Generate and secure orders from distribution channels by conducting initial data collection, verifying client information, and preparing complete credit application packages.
- Credit Process Management: Track the progress of each credit application, coordinate with underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Customer Communication: Inform borrowers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms, ensuring full transparency and reducing delinquency risk.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end‑customers through regular follow‑ups, problem‑solving, and value‑added service.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to the sales management team to refine product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, documenting leads, conversions, and pipeline status for senior management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as per current company policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own motor vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
