Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of tea beverages, including classic hot teas, iced teas, specialty blends, and signature drinks according to standardized recipes.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend options, and ensure each order is delivered with a friendly smile.
- Operate espresso machines, kettles, and other equipment safely, performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance after each shift.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately, balancing the register at the end of each workday.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food‑safety and hygiene standards set by local health authorities.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea leaves, syrups, milk, and disposables; report shortages and assist in restocking as needed.
- Assist with promotional activities, such as seasonal drink launches and loyalty‑program sign‑ups, to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and mall staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, special events, and holiday periods.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions, tasting workshops, and self‑study of tea origins and brewing techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
