Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative for the XLSmart product line, based in the vibrant region of Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑oriented environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound visits to assigned territories, following the detailed RMP (Route Management Plan) to ensure optimal coverage.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and present customized product demonstrations and proposals that highlight the unique value of XLSmart solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve product knowledge by completing “cluster pintar” training modules and staying updated on industry trends.
- Provide timely feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
- Uphold a professional image by adhering to company policies, including proper use of personal motorbike, valid SIM C, and an active SKCK.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within consumer electronics or technology solutions.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by local labor regulations).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with RMP processes, ability to navigate “cluster pintar” tools, and proficiency with Android smartphones (minimum 4 GB RAM).
- Personal Assets: Own motorbike, valid SIM C, and an active police clearance (SKCK).
- Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, quick adaptation to changing market conditions, goal‑oriented mindset, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional travel within the assigned region.
