Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Operasional Produksi to lead and optimize our production floor operations. This pivotal role ensures that manufacturing processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and achieve daily output targets. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on production knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with inventory, maintenance, and logistics teams to guarantee the timely availability of raw materials and equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, yield, and downtime, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best‑practice guidelines for all production lines.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify bottlenecks, safety hazards, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare shift reports, production logs, and performance summaries for senior management.
- Facilitate training sessions on equipment handling, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, equipment failures, or unexpected demand spikes, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to pilot new product introductions or process upgrades.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in production or operational management.
- Strong communication skills—able to convey instructions clearly and listen actively.
- High integrity, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Resilience under pressure; capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
