Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Pengajar Privat Bahasa Indonesia who can deliver high‑quality instruction to learners of all levels, from elementary school pupils to adult candidates preparing for national exams such as UTBK and the CPNS selection test. The ideal candidate will hold at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant discipline, possess a strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.00), and demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Indonesian language and literature. This full‑time role runs Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers the opportunity to shape the linguistic competence of a diverse student base while continuously upgrading one’s own pedagogical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with national curriculum standards and exam requirements (UTBK, SKD CPNS).
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, mock tests, and detailed feedback reports.
- Incorporate multimedia resources, interactive activities, and technology‑enhanced tools to foster engaging learning environments.
- Provide one‑on‑one tutoring sessions, focusing on reading comprehension, essay writing, grammar, and oral communication.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance metrics, and curriculum adjustments.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with educational trends.
- Uphold a disciplined, punctual, and student‑centered classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Bahasa Indonesia, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; S2 (Master’s) is a plus.
- Strong academic background with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Ability to teach school‑level subjects (TKA) and provide specialized tutoring for UTBK and CPNS examinations.
- Excellent command of Indonesian grammar, syntax, and contemporary usage.
