Introduction

To support our expanding delivery network, we are seeking a motivated Koordinator Operasional Delivery dan Logistik who will play a pivotal role in orchestrating daily dispatches, managing vehicle resources, and ensuring that our service standards exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules for the Bandar Lampung area, ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
- Plan optimal routes using mapping tools, taking traffic patterns and customer windows into account.
- Monitor the performance of delivery riders, providing guidance, feedback, and on‑the‑spot problem solving.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Ensure all drivers possess valid SIM C licenses and that motorcycles meet the company’s safety standards (model year 2014 or newer, functional speedometer).
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, exceptions, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to synchronize order picking, packing, and loading activities.
- Prepare weekly operational reports highlighting key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery rate, mileage, and incident occurrences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and service quality enhancement.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure compliance with local transportation regulations.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 20–30 years (all genders are welcome to apply).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Own a reliable motorcycle (model year 2014 or later) with a functioning speedometer.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Strong sense of honesty, energy, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, GPS applications, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader operational goals.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Prior experience in delivery coordination or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
