Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance’s product portfolio—including personal loans, micro‑finance solutions, and investment services—to potential clients across Sragen and surrounding areas.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels by establishing and nurturing relationships with local businesses, cooperatives, and community organizations.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough credit‑worthiness analysis to assess consumer eligibility and risk profiles.
- Collaborate with internal sales and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing of applications and achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, market feedback, and competitor activities, feeding insights back to the regional management team.
- Represent BCA Finance at community events, trade fairs, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including compliance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Academic performance: GPA of at least 2.50.

- Work experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of relevant experience.
