Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage new customers through multiple channels including phone calls, email outreach, social media, industry events, and face‑to‑face visits.
- Present and sell a range of internet service packages—broadband, fiber‑optic, and 4G/5G—tailoring each proposal to the specific needs of individual consumers or business clients.
- Conduct thorough needs‑analysis consultations to recommend the most appropriate connectivity solutions, ensuring optimal bandwidth, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of product specifications, promotional offers, and competitive differentiators to effectively educate customers on features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Develop customized solution proposals, including detailed quotations, service level agreements, and implementation timelines.
- Collaborate with the technical support and network engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post‑sale service continuity.
- Track sales pipelines, record interactions in the CRM system, and generate regular reports on lead conversion, revenue forecasts, and market feedback.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing best practices in consultative selling and objection handling.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry trends that could impact service offerings or customer demand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior experience in telecommunications sales or related industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess customer usage patterns and recommend suitable bandwidth packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with targets and deadlines.
