Responsibilities

- After placement, provide compassionate daily assistance to elderly or disabled clients, including medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health status to supervising nurses or physicians.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 17–24 years old (maximum 24 years at the time of application).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Must not be a current student (no active enrollment in high school or university).
- Willingness to commit to a full‑time training schedule (Monday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00) for one month.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and a genuine motivation to work in the caregiving field.
- Required documents: Photocopy of KTP & KK, recent 3 × 4 cm passport‑style photo, and photocopy of the latest diploma.
