We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager & Product Development Tutor to join our growing educational publishing team. This unique hybrid role blends frontline teaching with strategic product promotion, focusing on elementary‑school (SD) curricula across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering engaging learning materials, building relationships with schools, and driving the adoption of our innovative teaching resources nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructional sessions on our proprietary teaching methodology to elementary‑school students, ensuring concepts are clear and engaging.
- Develop and conduct workshops for teachers, demonstrating how to integrate our textbooks and digital tools into daily lessons.
- Market and promote our educational books and supplemental materials to primary schools, tailoring pitches to meet each school’s curriculum needs.
- Plan and execute field visits to primary schools throughout Indonesia, establishing strong partnerships with principals, teachers, and education officers.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams—product development, sales, and marketing—to provide feedback from the field and suggest enhancements.
- Prepare post‑visit reports summarizing school needs, potential sales opportunities, and recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate with the curriculum design team to align new product concepts with classroom realities and student learning outcomes.
- Represent the company at educational conferences, seminars, and teacher training events, showcasing our brand and fostering industry connections.
- Ensure all activities comply with school schedules, adhering to typical school hours (08:00‑17:00) and respecting local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Age: 18‑28 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior experience in teaching, educational sales, or community outreach is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a polished, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with teachers, school administrators, and colleagues.
