Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Checker – Spesialis Pemeriksaan dan Validasi Data. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of both operational data and kitchen‑related records within our fast‑growing food‑service organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring that all incoming information meets strict quality standards before it is used for decision‑making, reporting, or regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough validation of daily operational data, including inventory logs, procurement records, and production outputs, to identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform routine checks on kitchen equipment usage logs, ensuring that commercial kitchen appliances are recorded accurately and serviced according to schedule.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to verify recipe specifications, portion controls, and food safety documentation, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, validation workflows, and equipment audit trails.
- Generate detailed reports highlighting data quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, and present findings to management on a weekly basis.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on best practices for data handling, error detection, and effective communication of validation results.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and the kitchen operations to streamline data integration from point‑of‑sale systems to central databases.
- Ensure that all validated data adheres to privacy regulations and internal data‑governance policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in a related field; SMK Tata Boga or equivalent is highly valued.
- Gender: Female (preferred) – open to all qualified candidates.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in data validation, quality control, or a similar analytical role.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and the ability to interpret equipment logs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
- High initiative, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Resilience under pressure and a “no‑baper” (no over‑emotional) mindset when handling tight deadlines.
