The role is a hybrid position that allows you to work remotely on certain days while also being present on‑site for coordinated patient interactions and team meetings. This is a full‑time, shift‑based position (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) offering a vibrant work environment where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, respond to, and manage inbound inquiries on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social channels within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide accurate and courteous answers to patient questions, complaints, and service requests, ensuring a professional and empathetic tone.
- Coordinate and schedule consultation and treatment appointments, updating the clinic’s calendar system in real‑time.
- Document patient interactions, maintain up‑to‑date records in the clinic’s CRM, and perform routine administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Craft brief, engaging replies and promotional messages that encourage prospective clients to book in‑clinic visits.
- Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to ensure that product and service information shared online is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating simple visual content (e.g., story templates) using basic design tools to support social campaigns.
- Participate in regular shift handovers, sharing insights on trending patient concerns and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain a tidy, professional appearance both on‑camera (for live chats or video calls) and in the clinic environment.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience handling social media chats, preferably within the beauty, health, or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly, accurately, and with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Prior exposure to working in a beauty or aesthetic clinic is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; friendly, approachable, and service‑oriented demeanor.
- Highly organized, patient, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and adapt to both remote and onsite work settings.
