Responsibilities
- Present and moderate live streaming sessions for product launches, webinars, gaming tournaments, and other interactive events.
- Engage viewers in real time by answering comments, conducting polls, and prompting audience participation.
- Coordinate with production crews, technical staff, and event organizers to ensure seamless broadcast flow.
- Prepare scripts, talking points, and visual cues ahead of each session to maintain a polished delivery.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera demeanor, adjusting tone and pacing to match the event’s vibe.
- Monitor live feedback platforms (chat, social media) and relay important information to the backstage team.
- Assist in post‑event activities such as reviewing performance metrics, gathering audience insights, and suggesting improvements.
- Adhere to scheduling commitments, delivering 3–4 hours of on‑air time per shift while respecting the 08:00‑17:00 work window.
- Uphold brand guidelines and ensure all content complies with company standards and legal regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; the role specifically seeks a confident, camera‑ready female host but welcomes any qualified applicant.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian (or the primary language of the target audience).
- Charismatic appearance with a polished, presentable look suitable for live broadcast.
