To support our rapid growth, we are seeking enthusiastic Canvassing Sales Representatives who thrive on face‑to‑face interaction, have a keen eye for market trends, and are motivated by achieving measurable sales results. This full‑time role operates Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and offers a competitive compensation package together with clear pathways for professional advancement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic canvassing and on‑site visits to retail stores, UMKM partners, and prospective clients to showcase our perfume portfolio.
- Present product features, distribute sample vials, and provide personalized fragrance recommendations based on client preferences and usage occasions.
- Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat orders and fostering brand loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional bundles while closing sales in a professional and ethical manner.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, documenting progress in the company’s CRM system and submitting regular performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and emerging consumer trends to identify new sales opportunities and suggest strategic adjustments.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery of samples and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of product displays in partner stores, reinforcing brand image.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least one year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or related beauty sectors.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for daily travel.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage a territory, schedule visits, and keep accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of sales administration, sales analysis, and customer relationship management tools.
