Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Professional Waitress to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a front‑line ambassador, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a clear explanation of daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and adhering to health‑safety regulations.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, dietary options, and wine pairings, adapting suggestions to each guest’s preferences.
  • Handle payment transactions, process invoices, and manage cash registers with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow during peak periods.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Work under high‑pressure situations, such as large party bookings or rush hours, while maintaining composure and efficiency.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service standards, and food safety protocols.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and be flexible for occasional overtime during special events.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as per company policy).
  • Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with a diverse clientele.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven capability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, including order taking, plating, and table etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week, with a consistent schedule of 08:00 – 17:00.
