Responsibilities
- Design and develop high‑voltage and low‑voltage power distribution systems that meet client specifications and company standards.
- Create detailed wiring diagrams, single‑line diagrams, and schematics using industry‑standard software tools.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (RAB) and cost estimates for equipment, materials, and installation work.
- Supervise on‑site installation of transformers, switchgear, cabling, and protective devices, ensuring safety and quality.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshoot non‑routine outages to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement, construction, and project management teams to align schedules and resources.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with local regulations, IEC/ISO standards, and company safety policies.
- Generate technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for client handover and regulatory review.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing upgrades and innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as per client specification).
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, specializing in High‑Voltage (Arus Kuat) systems.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as an Electrical Engineer in power system design, installation, or maintenance.
- Proficient in operating electrical testing equipment and interpreting measurement data.
- Strong understanding of high‑current concepts, load flow analysis, and fault calculations.
- Ability to produce accurate RABs, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with electrical symbols, codes, and standards (e.g., IEC, SNI, NFPA).
- Expertise in reading and creating wiring diagrams and single‑line schematics.
- Experience with electrical design software such as ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
- Hands‑on experience supervising installation and commissioning activities.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional site visits outside regular hours.
