We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista Profesional to join our premium coffee shop, Kedai Kopi Premium, as part of the dynamic TEDUH team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and offering personalized coffee recommendations.
- Manage cash register transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate daily sales reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, and communicate reorder needs to the store manager.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, performing regular sanitization of workstations and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist in training new team members on drink preparation, equipment usage, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for menu innovation, seasonal offerings, and promotional events to keep the café experience fresh and engaging.
- Maintain a welcoming and orderly shop atmosphere, ensuring that seating areas are clean and comfortable for all guests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- No prior barista experience required, but a genuine interest in coffee culture is essential.
- Age: 18 years or older with no upper age limit.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail, especially when measuring coffee doses and brewing times.
