Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Officer to join its Kendal branch. This front‑line role is pivotal in driving the growth of BCA Finance’s consumer and SME loan portfolio, while building lasting partnerships with local businesses, agents, and community leaders. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, and will be based in Kendal or the surrounding area. Responsibilities
- Promote and market BCA Finance products—including personal loans, micro‑credit, and financing solutions—to prospective customers across Kendal.
- Identify and expand the company’s distribution network by establishing new partnerships with local retailers, cooperatives, and community organizations.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough credit‑worthiness analysis using internal scoring models and external data sources.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and present findings to senior managers to support loan approval decisions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into approved financing agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data‑protection regulations (UU No. 27/2022).
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth disbursement process.
- Collaborate with marketing, risk, and operations teams to refine product offerings and improve the customer journey.
- Represent BCA Finance at local events, trade fairs, and community gatherings to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current policy.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and credit reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for daily travel.
- Residency in Kendal or nearby districts to ensure timely coverage of the assigned territory.
- Willingness to adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and related regulations.
