Introduction
The Officer Marketing Verification (MVO) position is based in Belitang, South Sumatra, and plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product portfolio and the market. As a member of the marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with dealers and end‑customers, promoting a wide range of products, and conducting feasibility analyses to ensure that each potential client aligns with our business objectives. This role demands a proactive, target‑driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with third‑party dealers and customers to create a reliable distribution network.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of multiple product lines, tailoring proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough market surveys and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of prospective customers, including credit assessments and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal product development and finance teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while continuously seeking opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, product training sessions, and promotional events to stay current with market trends and product innovations.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) in any field.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Zero to several years of experience; prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Strong B2C marketing skills with a proven ability to communicate persuasively.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working under target‑driven conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Possession of a motorbike and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving licence).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
