Responsibilities
- Warm greeting and seating: Welcome every guest with a friendly smile, escort them to their table, and provide menus promptly.
- Order taking and service: Accurately record food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and deliver items in a timely manner.
- Table maintenance: Monitor tables throughout the shift, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and ensure a tidy dining area.
- Dishwashing and sanitation: Operate the dishwashing station efficiently, guarantee that all glassware, cutlery, and plates are spotless, and follow health‑and‑safety protocols.
- Payment processing: Present checks, handle cash or card transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
- Collaboration with team: Work closely with kitchen staff, bar attendants, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns.
- Upselling and recommendations: Suggest daily specials, promotions, and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- End‑of‑shift duties: Reset tables, restock service stations, and complete any required paperwork before leaving.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 24 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational needs).
- Clean, presentable appearance with a neat uniform and personal hygiene.
- Strong communication etiquette and the ability to interact politely with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexibility to work the required schedule: Tuesday through Sunday, 13:00 – 22:00.
- Enthusiasm for learning, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
