Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Frontliner Pramuniaga Toko to join our team at Bakpia Kukus Tugu Yogyakarta. This retail position is the front line of our sales operation, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales growth in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. The role is based in our Yogyakarta outlet, where you will interact directly with a diverse clientele, promote our signature steamed bakpia, and uphold the highest standards of store presentation and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Execute effective cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques to increase average transaction value and basket size.
- Actively promote special offers, seasonal products, and new launches to maximize foot traffic conversion.
- Maintain product displays according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles, ensuring fresh inventory rotation and visual appeal.
- Conduct daily checks on product condition, including packaging integrity, quality standards, and expiration dates.
- Provide “5S” customer service – a clean, safe, and satisfying shopping environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Accurately reconcile cash deposits with sales records and prepare daily sales reports and administrative paperwork.
- Oversee cashier operations, guaranteeing adherence to cash handling procedures and POS system protocols.
- Uphold the outlet’s cleanliness and organization through the “5R” methodology (Remove, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Respect).
- Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to health, safety, and store operations without exception.
- Collaborate with store management to set and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing ideas for promotional activities.
- Engage in continuous learning on product knowledge, sales techniques, and digital tools such as Microsoft Excel for reporting.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 25 years old (maximum 25 years).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Marital status: Unmarried.
- Height: Minimum 155 cm for females, 165 cm for males.
- Work experience: At least 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Key skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets, basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Personal attributes: Well‑groomed appearance, friendly demeanor, high level of reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, teamwork orientation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Availability: Work schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 07:00 – 15:00.
