We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Gudang & Dapur Pandan (F&B) to join our fast‑growing food and beverage operations. This full‑time position will be based in either Bitung or Tangerang, providing essential support for warehouse and kitchen administration. The successful candidate will act as the central hub for inventory control, data entry, and daily reporting, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and that the kitchen has the ingredients it needs to deliver high‑quality meals to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Accurately record all warehouse transactions, including delivery orders (DO), shipment summaries, returns, and stock levels.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, ensuring real‑time visibility of raw material and finished‑goods quantities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, highlighting stock discrepancies, turnover rates, and forecasted needs.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to trigger re‑order points and prevent stock‑outs of critical kitchen ingredients.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system data to guarantee data integrity.
- Support the kitchen staff by providing timely information on ingredient availability and assisting with the organization of storage areas.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that delivery schedules align with production plans.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, such as automating repetitive data entry tasks or streamlining documentation workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal audits related to inventory control and warehouse compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety and hygiene within the warehouse and pantry areas, adhering to company SOPs and local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or inventory role, preferably within the food & beverage sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong spreadsheet and data‑analysis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to be placed in either Bitung or Tangerang.
