Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Probolinggo. This role is pivotal in driving the outreach and growth of our Individual Lending and Group Lending products, which empower both individual borrowers and community-based groups to achieve their financial aspirations. The successful candidate will act as the frontline liaison between our financial solutions and our valued partners, ensuring a seamless experience from prospect identification to loan repayment management.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective partners (Mitras) across Probolinggo and surrounding districts.
- Identify new partnership opportunities by conducting market research, attending local events, and leveraging community networks.
- Perform on‑site feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and operational viability of potential Mitras.
- Collect, verify, and process loan application documentation in accordance with internal compliance standards.
- Monitor the business activities of partnered borrowers, providing guidance and support to maximize loan utilization and repayment capacity.
- Implement proactive collection strategies, including reminder calls, visitations, and negotiation of repayment plans for delinquent accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on prospect pipelines, loan disbursements, repayment performance, and market feedback for senior management.
- Collaborate with the product development and risk assessment teams to refine lending criteria based on field insights.
- Promote the company’s brand and financial products through community outreach, local media, and digital platforms where applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; strong communication skills in the local language are essential.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a motorcycle for field mobility.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Basic analytical skills to evaluate prospect data and assess loan feasibility.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional visits outside regular hours as business demands.
