We are seeking an enthusiastic Kasir Penjualan to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, accurately processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Verify product pricing, apply promotions, and issue receipts while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommend items, and resolve minor concerns to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, including regular stock checks of bags, receipt paper, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with floor staff and inventory teams to ensure smooth product flow and timely restocking of high‑traffic items.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing reports and safeguarding cash deposits.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Participate in two‑shift rotation (morning and afternoon) and occasional weekend duties as required.
- Continuously update knowledge of store promotions, loyalty programs, and new product lines.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Basic proficiency with cashier systems and familiarity with handling cash transactions.
- Prior retail or customer‑service experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
