Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Barista Ahli Penyajian Minuman Kopi to join our vibrant café team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering high‑quality beverages while upholding our brand’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, pour‑over, cold brew, and signature specialty beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and answering questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables; conduct daily stock checks and report low‑stock items to the shift supervisor.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu changes, and food safety standards.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up equipment, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cleaning tasks.
- Contribute ideas for menu innovation, promotional events, and customer loyalty programs to drive sales and enhance the café’s reputation.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a barista or in a similar coffee‑service role.
- Demonstrated commitment, reliability, and honesty in previous employment.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a humble attitude that fosters teamwork.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer flows and menu updates.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and service goals.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
