Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor customer accounts, ensuring accurate records of payment schedules and outstanding balances.
- Visit customers at their residences or workplaces to collect installment payments and verify data in person.
- Provide tailored solutions and negotiate repayment plans that align with both customer capabilities and company policies.
- Identify and report potential risks, such as payment defaults, and recommend preventive actions to the finance team.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to share field insights that improve overall service quality.
- Document daily activities, including visit reports, payment receipts, and any customer feedback, using the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to understand local payment trends and suggest strategic adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy regulations, and local legal requirements during all field interactions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation while representing the brand in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 degree is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- Male candidates only, aged 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in field collection, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving payment resolutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Passion for field work and comfortable traveling across Majalengka and surrounding districts.
- Own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C and a clean driving record.
- Analytical mindset with skills in competition analysis, sales performance evaluation, and strategic accounting concepts.
