Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Regional Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across multiple territories in the wellness industry. This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and establishing strong relationships with key partners and customers. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, hands‑on leadership, and a deep understanding of wellness‑related products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear targets and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Identify, qualify, and close high‑value deals with corporate clients, wellness centers, hotels, and other strategic partners.
- Maintain and expand a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs within the wellness sector.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while safeguarding profit margins.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to tailor solutions that meet client expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Implement sales training programs and share best practices to continuously improve team effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and adjust tactics accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, with 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and the ability to conduct business in a multilingual environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong command of CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Extensive network within the wellness, hospitality, or tourism industries is highly desirable.
- Relevant skills: Destination marketing, hotel and tourism business management, hospitality sales, and digital marketing applications.
