Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and creative Kepala Koki Pastry – Spesialis Kreasi Kue to join our dynamic bakery team located in Padalarang. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute innovative pastry and cake concepts that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including breads, cakes, cookies, tarts, and specialty coffee‑infused desserts.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards by regularly cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and equipment.
- Manage inventory levels, order raw materials, and control waste to optimize cost efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
- Assist the sales team in promoting new menu items, conducting product tastings, and creating appealing visual displays.
- Monitor product consistency, taste, texture, and presentation, making adjustments as needed to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of baked goods for peak service periods.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging ingredients, and modern baking techniques to continuously elevate the menu.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates under 24 years are preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome).
- Residence in Padalarang or surrounding areas; local knowledge is a plus.
- Own a motorbike or other personal transportation for reliable commute.
- Demonstrated skills in pastry and bread production, coffee‑based beverage preparation, and basic math for portion control and costing.
- Strong communication abilities, teamwork orientation, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service times while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
