Introduction
Yayasan YRA is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Fundraising Coordinator Manager to lead and expand its fundraising initiatives. Based at the YRA Pagelaran office in Ciomas, Bogor, this role is pivotal in securing resources that empower the foundation’s social programs and community impact. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with hands‑on execution, fostering donor relationships while driving sustainable revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with Yayasan YRA’s mission and growth objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and grant agencies.
- Lead the preparation of compelling grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising campaigns, ensuring clear articulation of impact.
- Organize and oversee fundraising events, donor recognition programs, and community outreach activities.
- Monitor fundraising metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and adjust tactics based on data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with program managers, finance, and communications teams to align fundraising goals with program needs and brand messaging.
- Train and mentor junior fundraising staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date donor database, ensuring accurate records of contributions, communications, and follow‑up actions.
- Represent Yayasan YRA at external meetings, conferences, and networking events to expand the organization’s visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational fundraising standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; candidates of any gender are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or related nonprofit roles (experience preferred but not strictly required).
- Strong social conscience, honesty, integrity, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate the foundation’s mission persuasively.
- Possession of a motorbike; preference for candidates who can also drive a car.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Willingness to travel locally for donor meetings, events, and community outreach.
