Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering questions about daily specials, dietary restrictions, and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, ensuring special requests and modifications are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, checking for correct presentation and confirming guest satisfaction before departing the table.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift reconciliations with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to manage high‑volume periods and ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, offering solutions or escalating to management when appropriate.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, personal hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions, menu tastings, and team meetings to stay informed about new offerings and service techniques.
- Assist with inventory checks, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a food and beverage service role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Honesty, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.

- Proficiency in basic POS systems and cash handling procedures.
