Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close high‑value deals that align with company targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, tracking sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and reporting on performance metrics to senior management.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, providing strategic insights and recommendations for upselling or cross‑selling additional services.
  • Plan and execute client events, product demonstrations, and industry seminars to showcase our offerings and strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, quotations, and invoices comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, SPG/SPB, or event‑focused business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets; highly ambitious and goal‑driven.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills with a professional, attractive appearance.
  • Strong organizational abilities and experience with sales administration, including order processing and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for client meetings outside regular hours.
