Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Keuangan (Female) to join our growing finance team in Palangka Raya. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where accuracy, integrity, and teamwork are paramount. The successful candidate will support the financial operations of a mid‑size enterprise that serves a diverse client base across the region, handling everything from daily cash flow monitoring to month‑end reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the company’s general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers, verifying supporting documentation for compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow statements, reconcile bank statements, and monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and sales departments to verify cost allocations and revenue recognition.
  • Handle payroll inputs, ensuring employee data is correctly reflected in the payroll system and that statutory deductions are applied.
  • Support internal and external auditors by providing requested documents and explanations during audit periods.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create financial spreadsheets, pivot tables, and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for financial records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with regulatory retention periods.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, offering assistance during peak periods and sharing best practices to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in financial administration or a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create formulas, charts, and basic macros.
  • Residency in Palangka Raya or willingness to relocate.
  • Strong personal attributes: honesty, creativity, responsibility, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to meet occasional deadlines.
