Responsibilities

- Manage petty cash funds, reconcile cash balances, and monitor short‑term cash flow to support operational needs.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports that provide insight into profitability and cost control.
- Assist internal and external auditors by gathering documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate banking activities, including bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and relationship management with financial institutions.
- Liaise with procurement, production, and sales departments to verify transaction details, resolve discrepancies, and streamline financial workflows.
- Support the budgeting process by collecting departmental forecasts, consolidating data, and monitoring actual performance against budget.
- Stay current with Indonesian tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and industry‑specific accounting practices, applying this knowledge to improve internal controls.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting automation opportunities using accounting software such as Accurate or SAP.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of hands‑on experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Practical experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax documentation, and audit procedures is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English for reporting purposes.
