Introduction
SPX Express is seeking a dynamic Hub Lead for its Gianyar, Bali hub. This pivotal role will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of parcels, ensuring that every package moves smoothly from pick‑up to final delivery. The successful candidate will be based in Kabupaten Gianyar and will act as the central point of contact between the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, from initial collection to customer hand‑over, using real‑time tracking tools.
- Coordinate daily operations with the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and 3PL partners to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain service level agreements.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to minimize lost or damaged packages, including proper handling procedures and secure packaging checks.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate data entry, timely reconciliation, and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including loading, unloading, sorting, and dispatch, while maintaining optimal inventory accuracy.
- Develop and deliver training programs for hub staff, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer‑centric service.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (KPIs such as on‑time delivery, pick‑rate, and error rates) and present insights to senior management.
- Handle escalations from customers or partners, providing swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company SOPs, and health‑safety standards throughout hub operations.
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities, applying lean or Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and enhance throughput.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in Last‑Mile or First‑Mile delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across functions.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Kabupaten Gianyar.
- Flexible to work the specified schedule (09:30 – 18:30) and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
