Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at bars, clubs, restaurants, and event venues, ensuring a consistent and attractive product presentation.
- Engage with patrons in a friendly, informative manner, explaining product features, tasting notes, and responsible drinking guidelines.
- Execute targeted sales promotions, including sampling, limited‑time offers, and cross‑selling strategies to maximize order value.
- Maintain accurate inventory of promotional materials, samples, and sales collateral; report any shortages to the team leader.
- Collect and record daily sales data, customer feedback, and market insights using the company’s mobile reporting system.
- Collaborate closely with venue managers and staff to schedule promotions, secure prime placement, and resolve any operational issues.
- Adhere strictly to all legal age verification processes and responsible service policies to ensure compliance with Indonesian alcohol regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new product launches, brand messaging, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged between 21 and 32 years.
- Any educational background is acceptable; a high school diploma or higher is preferred.
- Proportional height and weight, presenting a professional and approachable appearance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers fluently in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language skills are a plus).
- Previous experience as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) in the alcoholic beverage sector is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts, specifically Friday through Sunday from 19:00 to 01:00.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and sales reporting.
