Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Goods Delivery Driver to join our fast‑growing logistics team. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes, adhering to the assigned schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Load, secure, and unload goods from the motorbike or delivery vehicle, ensuring items are protected from damage.
- Verify delivery documentation, obtain customer signatures, and accurately update the tracking system.
- Provide courteous and clear communication with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other drivers to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Assist in the handling of returns or exchanges when required, following proper procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the vehicle, ensuring a professional image.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar delivery or driver role.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for motorbike operation.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written).
- Positive, service‑oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Physical fitness to lift and maneuver packages of varying sizes.
- Basic knowledge of navigation tools, GPS, and route‑planning applications.
