Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Crew at the Tunjungan Plaza outlet. This position is the frontline of our retail operation, responsible for delivering a seamless shopping experience to visitors both in‑store and through popular online delivery platforms such as GoJek, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. The role offers a dynamic work environment within one of Surabaya’s most vibrant shopping centers, providing ample opportunity to develop hospitality, sales, and multitasking skills while interacting with a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the outlet, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process in‑store purchases accurately, handling cash, card, and digital payments in compliance with company procedures.
- Manage online orders received via GoJek, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood, ensuring timely preparation, proper packaging, and safe delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor, display shelves, and service counters.
- Monitor inventory levels of fast‑moving items, report low stock to the Captain Outlet, and assist with restocking.
- Adhere to food safety and store security protocols, including proper handling of perishable goods and safeguarding merchandise.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to coordinate order flow during peak periods.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, aiming to achieve high satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, food service, or a customer‑service oriented role.
- Age: No maximum age limit; we welcome applicants of all ages who meet the other criteria.

- Availability to work 6 days per week (one day off) with flexible shift options:
- Morning Shift: 09:45 – 17:45
- Afternoon Shift: 13:30 – 21:30
- Willingness to discuss specific scheduling with the Outlet Captain.
